nearly in-tact species
of mammals and plants
being actively labeled,
" endangered "
getting threatened
by anecdotal
population information
while cutthroat trout
flourish without
explanation
and quaking aspen
precipitously decline
on northern ranges
of far-flung climate changes
where hot prospects
geothermally gurgle up
in mud pots of slurry...
