as globs of petroleum jelly
applied for hearing protection
against ethically dubious ventures
sensing body heat
at the head end
widespread pests
mimicking big buzzing bees
with short antennae
and distinctive wings
while leaf mining
forming galls
ragworts
dark-bordered
fairy moths...
