Double time
so satisfyingly alive
engaging in some kind
of magical thinking
weaned supernaturally
from "ah-ha!" potentialities
through frosted glasses
while wriggling under water
after being shaken to the core
by a blasé teasing voice
about the right and the wrong
of a woman and her dog
taking a joy ride
meant to satisfy life's trials
by swooping and flying
with stage fright
in the nighttime line of fire
saucer eyed
peering inside
spending the night
by a graveside
defined by silence
and swampy greens
after eye-popping
battle sequences
ear-piercing fight scenes
mezmerizingly eerie
fully eclipsed
through mellifluous conduits...
