award-winning tick tick
BOOM! PEEK-A-BOO!
as seen anew
after playing the fool
with blustery machismo
achieving peak bizarrality
approaching the lethal
merely inconvenient
when the scene is surreal
replete with borrowed ideas
like cathartic comeuppances
becoming dismissively disgusting
like unwelcomed company
crumpled-up pink crinolines
mimic tank-farmed shrimp
harvested twitching ready-to-ship
in bas-relief positions
individually arresting
distracted by stressors
deemed necessary
both broken and bent
but never been better...
