extremely vital grasses
burned black
with roots attached
to Cold War artifacts
of ever-expanding
wistfully historical fantasies
designated nostalgically pizzazzy
as small slams and grand slams
when free-standing romance
is in the air after cries of exasperation
for the squandering of preppy wear
gratingly flat fresh clashes
of the high-and-mighty
like wickedly white-hot "Oh Mys!"
introduced as searing riots
into vindictively igneous climates...
