" Once the Bane Suddenly the Rage "
by Suzán Jiván
Mom & Mom-
Mom Suzán
Rejecting a rigidly
limited interest
for scripted scrambles
like mudslides
used to stem blights
block by block
concerning harsh
courts barred
from multidimensional
unwarranted
problems in throngs
overwhelming majorities
in unfounded entourages
wearing yacht-sized wristwatches
shaped by proxy on faraway stages
of former aides while reining in data
like I.Q. rules
for executioners
admonishing
their religious duties
having been stymied
by leviathans
of content providers
at double-digit prices
sapped morale
sitting fallow
after a collapse
simple sour
cold smoked
slowly fermented
lemon-scented
re-invention
jolted together
like leveraged
adversaries
purveying strength
once the bane
suddenly the rage...
