" One Had to Shout "
by Suzán Jiván
Mom & Mom-

One had to shout
pacing up and down
while snooping about
a dark mountain
spreading out
strolling about
short carefree naps
stretched out
into the whereas
of a leather chair
with sleep at hand
lightning flashes
into abstractions
shortly thereafter
crosshatchIngs
of catastrophe
detached
nervous laughter
straw pallets
rags and straps
rumblings coming
at last
taking chances
collapsing in battle...
