shelter moisture
encouraged to call
frequently seen
foraging in leaves
warm summer rains
eggs laid
lush vegetation
grasping females
chirping repeatedly
increasing humidity
white-lipped frogs
throaty 2-note calls
foaming meringue like nests
whipped body secretions
clasped around waists
heavy rains widening ranges
gangly leaps into space...
