austerely cerebral
ghostly leafless trees
whirligig beetles
steel-blue sheens
slow-moving steams
left swimming in a forest
its ruler is gone
once a snake charmer
that danced with starlings
and generations of robots
safeguarding
seemingly ominous
dark green larvae
