" When the Bomb was Un-Dropped "
by Suzán Jiván
Mom & Mom-

Confines of plot problems
paradoxically razor sharp
when the bomb was un-dropped
across a blockbuster of artists' rooftops
staged as sit ins
with little influence
triggered by linguistic
trip wires of the law abiding
speaking admiringly from behind
barriers of shatter-proofed glass
while standing with clickers
of creation myths
ir-rhythmically beating
with inherent uncertainty
as oxygen-tapping plasmas
erratically pulse in harrowingly narrowed plaque-stiffened capillaries...
