having once

now in vogue
coming over
loudly and clearly
while exorcising demons
with vocal ease
versus desperate pleas
growing in vehemence
like stylistic interminglings
of chatty lyrics
as just the beginning
remaining unbeatable
rhythmically and melodically
against vaporous harmonics
sashaying in and out
with the absence of sound...
