wireless guises
displayed upon gazing
while grazing
beneath canopies
of dark locust trees
becoming crowned
with blazing yellow leaves
quavering prior to release
bucking during felling
back cut undercut
justly a cut above
our growth rings
as resins swelling
to the highest
moisture levels
entering in and out
of each and every
dead end
hedging our bets
after attesting
to the regenerative
labyrinthal epi-center
of our perpetual selves...
