after being kicked
around a bit
as a nebbishly
skeletal director
tricked into filming
a noirishly obvious
horror flick
unmitigatedly
staying above
the cinematic fray
as tethered machete-ed remains
apocalyptically portrayed
suspended in skylit caves
like milieus of innumerable oodles
of grisly festival fringe grappling
on the skids as impetus
for disproportional ilks of off-kilter...
