It seems as if
we've taken trips
minus spines 'n' limbs
melding in intimacy
with fluttering fingers
being dragged along skin
before splintering
into cartwheels
featuring feet
as jigsawed pieces
straggling in
on slabs of ballast
declaratively
dainty and batty
attempting to fathom
somersaults of loss...
